What Latter Rain Band Believes......

           We believe that the Holy Bible is the written Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit and without error in the original manuscripts. The Bible is our infallible and divine authority in all matters of faith and life.

          We believe in the Trinity. There is one God who exists eternally in three Persons - the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are one in power and glory.

          We believe in the full divinity and the full humanity of Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God. He is the fullest and final revelation of God to man.

         We believe that all people are born spiritual dead or rebellious toward God. This rebellion is called sin and causes all people to be unable to earn a right relationship with God through their own works.

          We believe that a TRUE relationship with God comes as a gift of God's grace through faith alone. Because of man's spiritual deadness, the Holy Spirit convicts and convinces people of their sin. Enlightens them, so they turn from their sinful behavior and trust in Jesus Christ as He is offered in the Gospel.

          We believe that God through Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, became man, lived, was crucified on a cross and resurrected from the dead and that He suffered the punishment of death, for the sins of those whom He called to trust in Him alone for their salvation.

          We believe that Jesus Christ is the only mediator between God and man.

          We believe in the work of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit gives Christians the power, strength and wisdom they need to live as Christ and to grow in personal holiness.

          We believe that Jesus Christ personally, visibly, and bodily will return without warning to take to heaven only those who have believed in and trusted Him as Lord and Savior, both the dead and the living at a time known only to God the Father.

            We believe man was created to glorify God and enjoy God forever.

We are to know Jesus Christ........

We are to make Jesus Christ known… to share with others the Good News of Jesus.

Matthew 28:19 says, GO and share the Gospel……..
